Who we are
Diabetes Reset Protocol (diabetesresetprotocol.com) is operated by Aayush Jaiswal ("we", "us", "our"). This policy applies to this website, the health assessment quiz, the discovery call booking flow, and any related communication with us by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That includes:
- Contact details — first name, email address, phone number, and profession, provided when you register for a discovery call.
- Health assessment responses — the answers you give in our quiz, such as age range, how long you've had elevated blood sugar, HbA1c range, current medication, lifestyle factors, and what you're finding difficult. These are health-related and sensitive by nature, and we treat them accordingly — see "How we protect your information" below.
- Booking details — the date, time, timezone, and duration of any discovery call you schedule.
- Anything you send us directly — messages via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party cookies on this site. During the quiz and booking flow, your answers are temporarily held in your browser's session storage so they carry over between pages — this data stays on your device and clears when you close the flow; it is not a tracking mechanism.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and manage your discovery call, including creating a corresponding event on our Google Calendar (see "Third-party services" below).
- To review your quiz answers ahead of a call so the conversation is relevant to your situation, and to internally prioritize follow-up (we score and tier incoming leads for this purpose).
- To respond to questions you send us directly.
- To improve our programs and content over time.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Third-party services we use
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to run the site and deliver the service you asked for:
- Supabase — stores your lead, quiz, and appointment data in our database.
- Google Calendar API — when you book a call, your name, email, and phone number are included in the calendar event created on our calendar so we know who we're speaking with.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Wistia — hosts an embedded video on our site; if you watch it, Wistia's own privacy policy governs that interaction.
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
How we protect your information
Your data is stored in a database protected by access controls, and administrative access to leads, appointments, and quiz answers requires an authenticated login — only Aayush Jaiswal can access this data. No online system is completely immune to risk, but we take reasonable, ongoing steps to keep your information secure and to fix issues quickly if we find them.
How long we keep your information
We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver the discovery call or program you signed up for, and maintain our own records. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll remove it, except where we need to keep limited records for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the EU's GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email aayush.diabetesreversal@gmail.com.
Children's privacy
This site and our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
